I don't think this design would work very well. First, it'll be stone bitch to turn. Second, what happens when you get a stick/gumball/whatever in the blades? It's a cool idea though.
Hmm - I wonder if you could remove the handle, weigh it down a bit and then drag the mower behind the bike? It's a good thing I don't have a welding setup, or my mower would be under the knife ;)
